Junior Kit - Order Form

Please use the online form below to place Junior Kit orders for the 2022 season.

Important Notes
1. Kit is included in 2022 Age Group subscriptions (excl Dynamos & All Stars)
2. Complete an Order Form for each child
3. Kit is not returnable so allow for growth when sizing items
4. Caps are one-size-fits-all and will be included in your order
5. Orders will be placed once subscriptions have been received
6. Lead times are increasing so ensure orders are placed well in advance of the season
